Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless there is a verified error or defect on our part. 

This means we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • You changed your mind after ordering

  • You selected the wrong size (please check our size guide carefully)

  • You entered incorrect shipping or order information

  • Your package was delayed by the shipping carrier

We can offer a refund or replacement (at our discretion) only if there is a verified error or defect caused by us. This includes:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • There is a significant printing or manufacturing error

  • An item was missing from your order

  • The product does not match the description due to our mistake

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • Once we confirm the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method
